Es netegen bé les múrgoles i s'obren fent-les un cort en sentit longitudinal. Per seguretat, haurem de coure-les un poc.  Es bat l'ou en un bol i es barreja amb el pernil, els alls, el julivert, la molla de pa i el vi. S'assaona, es barreja bé, i quan el farciment estigui fet una pasta s'emplena amb ell les múrgoles. S'escalfa oli en una paella i es fregeixen, a foc suau les múrgoles. Fregim, com diem, molt a poc a poc perquè no se'ns surti el farciment i les anem disposant en una cassola. En 3 cullerades de l'oli d'haver fregit les múrgoles, posem la farina i incorporem el brou i el concentrat de carn i sense deixar de remoure perquè no es formin grums. Es cobrixen els bolets amb la salsa preparada i es deixa coure tot uns 10 minuts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Només  ...
